Apparently a Canadian lady named Gabriella Nagy is suing her cell phone provider for ruining her marriage. Here's how it all went down. The company lumped her cell phone bill in with that of a land line her husband had just set up. When the bill arrived, Nagy's husband noticed a few hour-long phone calls made to a mystery number and did a little PI work (i.e. dialed it). The person on the other end confirmed that an affair was taking place -- and that was the end of that. Or so it seemed. Now, Nagy is suing the cell phone company for $600,000, for "invasion of privacy and breach of contract." Hilarious. Just lay down woman! Admit when you've been beat. To me, this is like Jesse James suing boobs or Governor Mark Sanford suing the Appalachian Trail. Completely ridiculous.
What do you guys think?
